I bought this bed and started to put it together when I broke one of the first bolts that I realized it was the wrong size. It’s got everything and is brand new . Non smoking house and free to anyone who wants it. It’s the same one that’s in the photo except it’s gray. It’s not in a box so it would take a few trips to the car to get it all together. The hardware that’s missing is the very first ones in the instructions and can be purchased from IKEA or Amazon queen size
