3 yr old very lightly used 2 piece couch (though most of it is one piece). Excellent condition. No pets. No smoking. No stains. No odors. Moving and won’t fit in new apartment is reason. This is a very heavy piece and will require 2 strong men to move. It was difficult to get into the apartment. Also down 1 flight of tight stairs.
