Wanted: SCRAP COPPER (Covington)

Paying cash for scrap copper (prices as of 1/27/26- pls email for up to date pricing and appointment):

#1 Bare Bright – $4.85/lb
(bright, clean, no contaminants)

#1 Copper – $4.55/lb
(some corrosion, paint okay- no solder, insulation, or other)

#2 Copper – $4.25/lb
(no insulation or coatings of any type, solder okay)

The above sort classifications are meant to be general guidelines. They are my unique requirements and have nothing to do with how your local scrap dealer sorts and classifies scrap copper. If what you have doesn't align with my classifications then we will haggle it out or we won't. I don't want to strip your copper wire. I don't want A-coils, radiators, or compressors. Email ahead to make an appointment or ask questions. Be prepared to send pics to eliminate making an unnecessary trip. I am not a business, I'm looking for mainly clean copper for smelting and fabrication purposes.
