Rehoming my Shi Tzu Billy. He is 1yr 3 months old. I have to get rid of him due to moving and can’t have animals. He is use to getting groomed every 3 months and being around children. He comes with a cage, food, food and water bowls, leashes and diapers etc… I am asking a 100 dollar rehoming fee or best offer. I have to get rid of asap
