🚛 A trucking company based out of Joliet IL is looking to expand our fleet. We are hiring CDL-A truck drivers for Over-the-Road (OTR) position:
Pay & Benefits:
$0.78 per mile loaded and empty
Bonuses for clean inspections $200-$300-500
3,000–4,000 miles per week
1099 position
Paid every Friday
LLC preferred
24/7 after-hours support for logbooks, maintenance, and driver assistance
We cover the cost of your transportation to orientation
Company-paid round-trip flights for home time
Opportunity to take your truck home upon approval
Well-maintained trucks equipped with:

Home Time Options:
Choose the schedule that works best for you:
4 weeks on the road / 7 days home
6 weeks on the road / 10 days home
8 weeks on the road / 14 days home
Driver Qualifications:
Age 23–65
Minimum 2 years of CDL-A driving experience
Valid DOT Medical Card
Able to speak and understand English
No SAP drivers
Clean driving record:
No major repeat violations within the last 3 years
No repeated speeding, cell phone, or seat belt violations
No careless or reckless driving convictions
No DUI convictions
No more than 3 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
