We are looking for a skilled crew who has experience building decks. Must have experience working with Composite decking (Trex or TimberTech). We need to see a minimum of 8 COMPOSITE DECK projects to be considered.
Compensation: Job amount agreed on before the project starts- We pay 25% upfront, 25% once the rough frame passes inspection and the final 50% when the client pays us and the job is 100% completed and cleaned up to customers satisfaction.
All subcontractors must have Liability Insurance AND Workers Compensation Insurance. This is required.
Employment type: full-time- We are able to provide consistent jobs throughout the rest of the year and through the winter months.
Location: Projects are in Cincinnati and its suburbs.
