Painter needed for the following:
- Fast apartment and unit turns
- Office repaints
- Residential interior and exterior
- Part time or full time is ok
Must be able to do the following:
- Have experience painting and be able to do minor drywall repairs/skimming
- Be reliable on showing up
- Dress professionally
- Be able to work alone. A lot of our projects are a single person team
- Have your own transportation
- w-9
Pay:
- $24 an hour
- Bonus pay on high end jobs
- Bonus pay on productivity
