Requirements:
At least 1 year hardscape + landscape install experience
Valid driver's license with suitable driving record
Flexibility in schedule (there are weeks where you will need to work over 40 hours and occasional weekends)
Reliable transportation to and from work
Must have experience operating equipment such as skid steers, mini excavator, concrete saws, grinders, jack hammers, and laser levels.
Experience laying pavers and natural flagstone patios
Experience installing plants
Experience with grading + drainage work
Ability to process paperwork such as daily logs, work orders, and purchase receipts
Job Description:
Looking for an experienced landscape install + hardscape crew memeber who can effectively read blueprints and make them come to life in residential and commercial spaces. You would be working with a small team to create large patios and outdoor living spaces, natural stone and block retaining walls, water features, large scale plant installations, and drainage. We are looking for someone who has a fine attention to detail and is able to comply with company and industry standards. Professionalism and respect is a must around customers and coworkers. We expect that our employees can effectively put the customer’s experience at the center. This means listening to customer concerns, keeping jobsites clean and organized as well as ensuring all of their needs are met in an efficient manner. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest quality workmanship around and we expect you to have the same mission. We are looking for someone who is flexible, hardworking, and intelligent.
