I’m looking for help to complete a duplex rehab project.

The task list is below:

Unit 1 -
1. Install Countertops 6 foot by 6 foot
2. Install Sink & P-line under sink
3. Install Dishwasher, Stove, microwave
4. Demo Wall & Add Breakfast Bar 65 inches wide
5. Add Countertop to island

Unit 2 -
1. Install Laminate Countertop
2. Install Sink & P-line under sink
3. Install Dishwasher, Stove, microwave

Master Bedroom Unit 2 -
1. Hang & Finish Drywall on ceiling- should be four 4x12 sheets w/popout included

Additional work may be requested if this goes well!
