compensation:Compensation will be based off experience and quality of work and level of work completed. This will be a percentage of the project total.
DAP Construction is a Cincinnati-based residential contractor with a strong pipeline of deck projects. We are looking for experienced subcontractor crews for both re-decking and full deck builds. Our owner is still very hands on with the finishes. However we are looking to connect with professional crews to increase our production time.
Minimum Requirements:
• Proven experience in deck construction
• Ability to complete projects from framing to finish. (flexible)
• Experience with composite decking systems. (flexible)
• Own tools and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and professionalism.
• General liability insurance required
We work with our shirts on and show up looking respectful.
Scope of Work Includes:
• Demo of existing decks
• Framing (footings, posts, beams, joists)
• Composite decking installation (TimberTech, Trex, etc.)
• Railing systems (aluminum preferred)
• Stairs and structural rebuilds
