From my Grandfather's toolbox, this is a vintage (likely 1960s) WALSCO 2652 Beryllium Copper alloy tool. It looks somewhat like a screwdriver, and can be used as such, but it is used by electronics repair technicians to make adustments to electronic equipment, and also to work on aircraft, as it will not damage electronics. Hollow ground, non-sparking, non-magnetic, non-marring tool. Also used by gunsmiths, locksmiths, machinists, as well as those working in environments with volatile gases, and numerous other fields where its special qualities are an advantage.
As mentioned before, this is a vintage tool. It is in excellent condition. 8¾" Long x ⅞" Wide (at the handle) x 3/16" diameter (Be-Cu shaft/blade).
