From my Father's toolbox, this is a vintage 1990s Red Devil Paint and Wood Scraper Set, Made in USA.
Contains:
2½" Handle (#3150), 2½" Blade (#3168) 9" L
1" Handle (#3110), 1" Blade (#3166) 7" L
Both are in Good Condition, blades are still sharp. Red plastic handles in great shape, both do have slight scuffing from use at the ends (see photos).
Replacement blades in both sizes are still being manufactured by Red Devil, and are readily available.
