I'd be willing to upgrade the RAM or storage for a slight extra cost if you want.
I don't recommend upgrading the processor, The small form factor means it has to move a lot of heat and the I-5 is just about that limit. Not that you really need to because that I-5 11th gen will run any game I've thrown at it.
I've tested modded Minecraft with shaders and Red Dead redemption 2 both with very solid graphics at 60 to 100 hz at 1080p.
I'm also willing to pre-install any operating system you like
It is very small at 18x18 by 4 cm
