**What you’ll be doing:**
* Speak with homeowners about kitchen and cabinet projects
* Help them choose materials in our showroom
* Work with our team to build quotes
* Present pricing and close deals

Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

**Pay Structure (based on market):**
* Base pay: $500–$700/week
* Commission: 2%–4% per project
Average project: $15K–$25K
Typical earnings:
* First 30–60 days: $3K–$5K/month
* After training: $5K–$9K/month
* Top performers: $80K–$120K/year
