This position is for someone who can do more than just run leads. We need someone who can build relationships, earn trust quickly, and consistently close work. A big part of this role is also generating your own opportunities, not just relying on what comes through the office.
We’re not looking for a pushy “sales type.” The right person is someone customers feel comfortable with- someone who listens, understands what they need, and helps guide them through the process with confidence.
What the role looks like:
- Run and follow up on company-provided leads
- Generate your own leads through networking, referrals, and local outreach
- Meet with homeowners, assess projects, and provide estimates
- Stay organized with follow-ups and keep deals moving
- Close jobs and help maintain a steady pipeline of work

- Solid construction knowledge preferred, especially hands-on field experience
- Valid driver’s license
