Want a roomate who is never there?? I need a Room for Rent, Very Inexpensive, as I will RARELY be there!! Here is my situation... I live in Florida, but I need to be in West Chester, roughly 1-2 weeks, roughly every other month for medical injections and need a quiet place to crash. Thus, I'll be gone 80% of the time. 60 yr old retired engineer from Florida, extremely quiet. I'm looking for a private bedroom, and a shared bath is OK, need all utilities included, although I can bring my own internet. Furnished or unfurnished - it doesn't matter (all I have/need is a bed, recliner and TV). Anywhere, within say 30-45 minutes of West Chester is fine, but preferably SOUTH of West Chester, as I'm driving up from Florida.
