We’re hiring an outgoing, professional, customer-service focused Concierge Officer for a stationary post at a residential community. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, creating a welcoming environment, and staying alert and dependable throughout the shift.
What You’ll Do
• Provide a warm, professional presence at the front desk / lobby area
• Greet tenants, visitors, vendors, and delivery drivers
• Assist tenants with reasonable requests—including helping carry bags when needed
• Maintain order and awareness: observe activity, report issues, and support property staff
• Provide excellent customer service while keeping a calm, confident posture
What We’re Looking For
• Strong customer service / hospitality mindset (you must be personable and outgoing)
• Preferably a valid driver’s license
• If no license: you must have strong, reliable transportation to and from work
• Dependable, punctual, and professional appearance
• Able to stand/sit/walk and assist with light lifting (bags/packages)
