As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Armed Duty in Cincinni, OH, this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Pay Re: $28.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

How This Role Works:

• Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designed site and weekly shift th serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.
• Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling plform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you.

This role is ideal for candides seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-reled procedures, site-specific policies, and/or approprie emergency response activities a financial institution locion.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observions and reporting security-reled concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random prols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter while remaining prepared to serve in an armed post in accordance with post orders and applicable regulions.
• Monitor access points, help to deter unauthorized entry, and verify credentials, deliveries, and visitor activity in accordance with locion procedures.
• Support opening and closing activities, observe for unusual behavior or conditions involving cash-handling areas and customer spaces, and communice needed escalions in a timely manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have least 2 years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• Be least 21 years of age.
• Be least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigion in accordance with all federal, ste, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicions with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participe in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to ste and/or local laws and regulions and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
