We then review for financial aptitude and accuracy. Our licensed and insured leasing and sales agents preform a property inspection with pictures sent to the investors for the move in and out condition of the property.
If repairs need to be done upon move out we use only licensed bonded and insured general contractors to perform the work. Again they will send photos and video of before and after the job is done.
