I’m looking for 2 roommates to rent out 2 bedrooms in my house preferably by January/February! House located in the Fort Thomas area. Looking for two girls the ages between 19-22. Rent is $700 a month + utilities. 6 month lease.
Security deposit $400 + first month rent up front
Utilities:
Electric, Sanitation, and WiFi about $120 a month per roommate
Water- Every 3 months, around $100 per roommate
