I live in a 1bd 1ba home alone. What I am renting is the sofa bed in my living room area. It's a sofa that folds out into a bed. Asking 120$ a week. Which includes rent, internet, water, and electricity. You will also have access to washer and dryer. You will only be sharing the living space, bathroom, and kitchen area with me. I will sleep in my bedroom. You will sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. It's very comfortable.
