I'm looking for roommates for a group house! This is a more spacious arrangement than you're likely to find near Downtown or Clifton, but still provides community in a home. The house has many common rooms with comfortable places to work or chill, which include a living room, TV room, dining nook, and study.

The house itself is a Tudor on a nice tree-lined street a short walk to the College Hill business district, which has lots of restaurants and shops. It has good access to Northside just down the hill, and is an easy 15-minute drive to UC or Xavier and 20 minutes to downtown.

Bedrooms are all roughly 12x13 plus a closet, and are unfurnished. The common areas are fully furnished, and the kitchen is fully equipped. Utilities included; flexible move-in date. Listed price is for a year-long lease, though shorter leases down to three months are available for a higher monthly rate.

No smoking, drugs, or excessive drinking. No cats or dogs, but other pets may be accepted.
