Common areas would be the kitchen, living area, patio. I have a washer and dryer in my apartment. This is a very nice apartment and very spacious. 1 month to 3 years. Rent will increase each year by 2%. You can bring your own bedroom furniture or use the bed i have in that room totally up to you. The rest of the apartment is furnished.
