Windows plus in Newtown isn't a company you should trust. I had them come to replace my old sliding glass door. First they tried to put in a unit that was 3" to short and 4" lower in height. When I questioned it they said that's what I ordered even though they had 3 different guys measure it. Then they said it would be $1,500.00 more to make the right one after it was there mistake. I refused so they said they would go ahead and make it. Then a month later the finally came with the new door but after installation the threshold sticks up 2" above my inside floor which is a tripping hazard. I looked into this company and they are nothing but sales people, they have the doors made by a company up around Columbus and then have sub contractors do the work while they make most of the money and could care less about the customer. Do yourself a favor and don't use WINDOWS PLUS! Believe me you will regret it and if you don't believe me check out their reviews on yelp. Also notice the gap on the top and sides of the door in the picture.
