About the Role:
WaveMax Laundry is hiring a reliable Part-Time Pickup & Delivery Driver to support our wash-and-fold pickup and delivery service. You’ll pick up laundry from customers, deliver finished orders on time, and provide friendly, professional service.
Responsibilities:
Pick up and deliver customer laundry orders on a scheduled route (Mon–Sat)
Load/unload laundry bags safely and keep orders organized
Confirm customer/order details at pickup and delivery (name, address, special instructions)
Use a smartphone/GPS for routing and communicate updates with the store/team
Handle customer items carefully and maintain professionalism and confidentiality
Perform basic vehicle checks (fuel level, cleanliness) and report any issues promptly
Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Dependable and punctual with strong time-management skills
Able to lift and carry 30–50 lbs (laundry bags)
Comfortable using a smartphone for GPS/navigation and calls/texts
Friendly, customer-service mindset
Background check may be required
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Delivery driving experience (courier, food delivery, laundry delivery, etc.)
Familiarity with Cincinnati and efficient route planning
Prior customer-facing experience
