Cipa, clip on mirror extensions. Part number 10200. These will fit most 1988-2000 Chevy/ GMC pickups. Most 1992-1999 Suburban's, Yukon's, Kodiak's, Tahoe's, and Denali's. Also most 1991-2004 Astro and Safari vans. And 1992-1999 Escalade's. They are dirty, and just need a good cleaning. All the hardware needed to mount them is there. $25. Thanks, Dave
