Schedule:
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Sunday: Off
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with their accounts.
Process customer payments securely over the phone.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer questions and concerns.
Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
Work closely with the team to ensure a positive customer experience.
Perform general office and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for helping people.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable using computers and learning office software.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
