We are seeking a mature, dependable, detail-oriented part-time office assistant to support our busy appliance repair company. This position requires strong computer skills, someone with a background using HVAC, Plumbing or Appliance software would be the ideal candidate. This position will require proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn our scheduling and invoicing software (Jobber). Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling service calls, entering work orders, communication with customers and technicians, and handling basic office tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, professional on the phone, able to multitask, and comfortable working independently. Flexible weekday and weekend hours available; pay based on experience.
