One of several professional clarinets we are offering for sale. This is a Buffet Crampon R13 clarinet in Bb. S/n 450XXX is too new for the published lists, but puts it at 1998. It is in exceptional condition: wood body has no chips, cracks or repairs and tight tenons with no wobble between joints. Silver plated rather than nickel (a $720 upgrade!) about 99.5% with little if any wear. Best of all, it is just throught the shop in May 2026 wear it was bore oiled and repadded in a combination of Ferree's premium cork and Ferree's double bladder, pressed-felt pads. Plays nicely from top to bottom with a crisp feel to the keywork and a big, bold tone with lots of projection. Cork grease and key oil are for local pickup only and will not be shipped, but it does include a new SuperSlick chamois swab and new Kaces case with backpack straps and zippered pockets. Currently sells new for a whopping $4,871 at M&A, so save more than $2,500, and get one in exceptional condition!
