We’re looking for a mechanically minded Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain our equipment, machinery, and facility operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What We Offer:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour + overtime opportunities
4-day work week: Monday – Thursday
10-hour shifts (3:00 PM – 1:30 AM)

What You’ll Do:
Perform preventive, predictive, reactive, and project-based maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical equipment issues
Inspect equipment and facilities to identify maintenance or safety concerns
Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, diagrams, and work orders
Use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and material handling equipment safely and effectively
Repair or replace defective machinery, equipment parts, and building systems
Maintain accurate maintenance records and service logs
Follow all company safety procedures and environmental standards
Assist with spare parts management and recommend process improvements
Support additional maintenance projects and duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
At least 1 year of industrial maintenance experience or compleation of formal industrial maintenance program/school
Strong troubleshooting abilities
Experience maintaining industrial equipment such as conveyors, shredders, granulators, air handling systems, and water treatment equipment preferred
PLC troubleshooting and welding/fabrication experience is a plus
Ability to read and understand safety procedures, maintenance manuals, and technical documents
Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
Ability to obtain certifications or licenses for powered industrial equipment if required
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel, crouch, and work with hands throughout the shift
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
