You do the packing, we do the loading, hauling and unloading into the appropriate rooms. YOU SAVE MONEY! No time tracking! Exact Quote! BASE FLAT RATES FOR THE BOX TRUCK AND 2 MOVERS:
13ft extended cargo van: $260 or $240 on discounted dates listed below (few items up to one basic room)
15ft box truck: $300 or $280 on discounted dates listed below (1 bedroom apartment)
20ft box truck: $420 or $380 on discounted dates listed below (large 1 bedroom to regular 2 bedroom apartment)
26ft box truck: $660 or $620 on discounted dates listed below (larger than a regular 2 bedroom apartment)
***option for a 2nd trip (if everything doesn't fit in one load) at 50% of the cost of the 1st load.
Add a 3rd mover: $160 ***discounted dates:

Truck & Travel Fees
***Truck fee (use of truck & insurance) (reg rate $80): reduced to $0 for online booking if reserved at least 15 or more days in advance, reduced to $40 if reserved less than 15 days in advance. ***the truck fee even if booked less than 15 days in advance may be waived by the booking manager if the date is very low volume (very few moves scheduled)
***Mileage fee (mover's road time, fuel, depreciation & maintenance) (total miles involved in the move - from our Shiloh Springs Rd warehouse, to your addresses and back to our warehouse) (reg rate $3.89 per mile): Reduced to $1.00 to $3.59 per mile per mile for online booking and noting the craigslist ad, depending on the date and locations (some dates that have several available appointments are more heavily discounted). The quote manager will note the cheapest appointment in your quote.
***surcharges: a reasonable surcharge will be added for stairs/elevators/shared entrances/disassembly/assembly and other issues that will slow the move and will be in your quote. No surprises on extra fees on moving day. YOUR QUOTE WILL BE THE EXACT COST OF YOUR MOVE, NOT AN ESTIMATE.
