Join our dynamic team in the processing and manufacturing of pizza dough. As a Production Associate, you will be integral to our food production operations, ensuring quality and efficiency while working in a strictly refrigerated environment.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Participate in dough production and inspection
- Conduct quality control checks
- Support food production processes
- Maintain production standards across various line positions, including dough maker, dough bot, dough placer, tray washer, and cross/down stacker
- Clean and sanitize production equipment and areas, with opportunities for cross-training in warehouse or sanitation areas
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to work continuously in refrigerated conditions (33–38 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Ability to lift materials from the floor to above head throughout the work shift
- Ability to carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently and 75 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to work in environments with exposure to loud machinery, when necessary
**Pay Rate: $22/hour**
**Uniform Requirements:**
To ensure safety and comfort while working, you must bring the following:
- Steel-toe boots (required)
- Jeans or work pants
- Shirt and/or jacket
- Gloves
- Beanie or winter hat
- Additional warming layers as needed
Please note that steel-toe boots are strictly required and are not provided. Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended, along with warm layers to stay comfortable in the refrigeration environment.
