Now Hiring: Box Truck Driver / Property Maintenance Support
Our property management company is currently hiring a Box Truck Driver to assist with property operations and maintenance support.
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift heavy appliances and materials
• Comfortable driving a box truck
• Reliable, hardworking, and flexible
• Ability to assist with various property maintenance tasks
Job Duties Include:
• Delivering and installing appliances (refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves, etc.)
• Picking up large supply orders from stores such as Lowe’s
• Transporting countertops and large materials
• Cleaning property exteriors
• Picking up trash and debris from properties
• Assisting contractors with moving appliances and large items
• General property maintenance support as needed
This is a hands-on position and requires someone who is dependable and willing to work.
