Looking to hire 2 dependable workers for residential property work in Cincinnati and a few properties in Huber Heights.
This is an afternoon and weekend job. Looking for individuals with experience in general residential repair and improvement work. You do not need to be a top expert, but you should have solid hands-on experience and be comfortable working on a variety of tasks.
Experience with the following is preferred:
- Painting
- Drywall repair
- Flooring
- Window installation
- Gutters and downspouts
- Soffits and fascia trim
- Baseboard and trim work
Some properties may also need light landscaping from time to time.
We are looking for someone who can help with both interior and exterior residential work, is reliable, shows up ready to work, and can follow directions.
