Here is the job description for HOUSE #1:
The scope of work includes the following:
GENERAL / EXTERIOR WORK
• Exterior of the main house to be painted grey with white window trim
• Driveway to receive black seal coating
• Installation of new light fittings next to the garage door and main entrance
• Leveling of the front entrance (porch) area
• Painting of the gazebo deck
• Painting of the front of the cottage house
• Moss cleaning and power washing of the roof on both the main house and cottage house

MAIN HOUSE – GROUND FLOOR
• Installation of new drywall where required
• Painting of all walls on the ground floor and garage
• Installation of new kitchen cabinets
• Installation of new quartz countertop extended as discussed (including breakfast area)
• Installation of approximately 22 recessed lights on the ground floor.
• Painting of all doors and cupboards white, including installation of new hardware and locks where required.
• Installation of all new appliances (stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave)
• Installation of new vinyl flooring throughout the entire ground floor
• Raising and leveling the front portion of the house floor where its tilted.
• Painting staircase and railing white
• Installation of new stair runner/carpet.
• Painting of wooden shelves in the living area
• Installation of small chandelier in the dining area

MAIN HOUSE – FIRST FLOOR
• Installation of recessed lights in the first-floor passage area.
• Installation of carpet in all bedrooms, including proper floor leveling (especially front portion where it's tilted)
• Skimming and flattening ceilings in all bedrooms
• Renovation of one half bathroom and two full bathrooms with all new fittings (vanity, toilet, bathtub/shower, fixtures)
• Painting all walls throughout the entire first floor

• Painting of basement flooring
• Painting basement walls light color shade
• Installation of approximately 4 recessed lights
• Bathroom renovation including:Painting wallsSkimming ceiling flatInstallation of new light fixtures
• Installation of wood boards (2-3 feet ) at the base of walls to cover the water marks
• Correction of plumbing issue(Outside the house in the left corner) near the sump pump to ensure proper flow of the water to the main drain line

• Glass door to be evaluated for painting or replacement; main door to be painted
• Ceiling to be skimmed flat and painted
• Walls to receive a full coat of paint
• Kitchen cabinets to be painted white
• Installation of a new wood piece on the countertop
• Bathroom renovation including new vanity, toilet, and new standing shower setup
• Installation of approximately 6 recessed lights inside and 2 lights at the main door entrance
House 2:
