McKenzieScapes is currently seeking a motivated, reliable individual(s) to join our hardscape and in-ground swimming pool division. We are a local company looking for dedicated professionals who take pride in quality craftsmanship and have the drive to grow with our team.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
Field Experience: Previous experience in hardscaping or construction is required.
Equipment Operation: Proficiency with a Bobcat skid steer or mini excavator is highly preferred.
Specialized Skillset: Prior experience in building or installing in-ground swimming pools is a significant benefit.
Communication: Must be able to speak and understand English fluently to ensure site safety and project accuracy.
Transportation: Must possess a valid driver’s license and have dependable transportation.
Compensation & Benefits:
Weekly Pay: Competitive compensation paid out weekly.
Growth Potential: A performance-based pay increase is available following a 90-day probationary period.
Full-Time Opportunity: We are looking for long-term team members to help us scale our current projects.
