Position Overview
We are seeking a Press Operator to join our production team. This is a full-time, entry-level position with training provided. The Press Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring press equipment to produce Primo Pads products while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate press machinery according to company procedures
Load and unload materials from the press
Monitor equipment to ensure consistent quality
Inspect finished products for defects
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications
No prior experience required — we will train the right candidate
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
