Charles & Crew Painting is looking for professional painting crews to partner with.
We have consistent work available and are looking for reliable, experienced teams to help us fulfill upcoming projects.
What We’re Looking For
Established painting crews (2–4+ painters preferred)
Experience with interior and/or exterior residential repaints
Strong prep skills (patching, sanding, caulking, priming)
Ability to produce clean, professional finishes
Reliable transportation and equipment
English or Spanish speaking (bilingual preferred)
REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Active General Liability Insurance
Active Workers’ Compensation (Kentucky)
Ability to meet deadlines and communicate professionally
Take pride in your work — we care about quality
