**Pay Rate: $22/hour**
C1 Staffing is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Production Associates. In this role, you will be integral to the complete processing and manufacturing of pizza dough in our distribution center. **Primary Responsibilities:**
- Participate in dough production and inspection.
- Ensure quality control standards are met.
- Provide food production support.
- Maintain production standards throughout your shift.
As a Production Associate, you will rotate through various specialized line positions, including dough maker, dough bot, dough placer, tray washer, and cross/down stacker. This role also involves cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and areas, with potential cross-training in warehouse or sanitation tasks.
**Physical Requirements:**
- Ability to work continuously in refrigerated conditions (33–38 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Ability to lift materials from the floor to above the head throughout the work shift.
- Ability to carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently and 75 lbs. occasionally.
- Ability to work in an environment with exposure to loud machinery when necessary.
**Uniform Requirements:**
- Steel-toe boots (required).
- Casual, comfortable clothing (jeans or work pants) and warm layers, such as a heavy hoodie or jacket, to ensure comfort in the cold environment.
- Gloves and a beanie or winter hat are also recommended to stay warm.
