We’re currently seeking motivated and reliable Roofing Helpers to support our repair and installation crews. Job Summary:
As a Roofing Helper, you will play a key supporting role on residential job sites. No prior roofing experience is required – we will provide on-the-job training for the right candidates. This role is physically demanding and involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, lifting heavy materials, and standing/climbing for extended periods. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Retrieving supplies, tools, and materials for Roof Repair Technician
- Assisting with basic site setup, cleanup, and organization to maintain safety and efficiency
- Following all safety protocols and working under the direction of experienced Roofing Technicians
Preferred Skills and Requirements:
- Motivated, hardworking attitude with a strong work ethic
- Reliable daily attendance and punctuality
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work safely at heights (with proper training and equipment)
- Positive attitude, good communication, and a team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred)
- Experience with residential roofing (highly preferred and will be considered in pay)

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Average approx. 40 hours/week
