Requirements:
At least 1 year of landscape bed maintenance.
Available Monday through Friday 7:30am-4pm
Valid driver's license with suitable driving record
Reliable transportation to and from work
Experience using pruners, lopers, hedge trimmers, string trimmers, shovels, spades, rakes, blowers
Experience pruning small trees + shrubs
Experience installing plants
Experience removing weeds
Experience edging beds
Ability to process paperwork such as daily logs, work orders, and purchase receipts
Job Description:
Looking for an experienced landscape maintenance foreman who can effectively read daily instructions and complete all of the tasks. You would be working with a small team to do daily maintenance at residential clients homes. Must be able to identify weeds from plants, understand when to prune plants at the appropriate times, must have plant knowledge. We are looking for someone who has a fine attention to detail and is able to comply with company and industry standards. Professionalism and respect is a must around customers and coworkers. We expect that our employees can effectively put the customer’s experience at the center. This means listening to customer concerns, keeping jobsites clean and organized as well as ensuring all of their needs are met in an efficient manner. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with the highest quality workmanship around and we expect you to have the same mission. We are looking for someone who is flexible, hardworking, and intelligent.
