Landscape Foreman — Full-time · Cincinnati, OH- General Landscape Contractors, LLC.
Pay: $22–$26/hr | Schedule: Mon–Fri | Experience: 3+ years
We're looking for an experienced Landscape Foreman to lead our field crews on residential and commercial projects. You'll be the on-site leader responsible for quality, safety, and efficiency — making sure every job is completed on time and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a crew of 3–6 landscaping technicians on daily job sites
Interpret and execute landscape plans, blueprints, and client specifications
Operate and oversee use of equipment including mowers, trimmers, skid steers, and hand tools
Manage job site logistics: materials, tool inventory, and daily scheduling
Ensure all work meets quality standards and client expectations
Enforce safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
Train and mentor junior crew members
Communicate job progress and any issues to the operations manager
Requirements
3+ years of professional landscaping experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of plants, turf care, irrigation, and hardscaping
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; CDL a plus
Ability to operate landscape equipment safely and efficiently
Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong communication and team leadership skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
