You will be in a training phase for the first 90 days learning general maintenance and residential homes also will be learning other aspects of the home remodeling trade, and also learn about all aspects of exterior work as well. The owner does not want anybody who knows everything in the world because you cannot afford them but he is willing to teach individuals who are ready to learn and will be dependable with transportation of their own and no excuses why they can't get to work. That's what he is looking for. So if you have to drive to get up and just go to work so you can eat everyday and pay your bills then you should call us and we'll set up an interview. This job only offers $15 per hour starting out. You will get the 40hrs per week and possibly more if you would like to work more. The owner cannot pay you time and a half but he is always fair and will give you what he feels you deserve if you work the hours such as him. As mentioned above you will be on a 90 day training period. And after the 90 days you will then be put in a service vehicle and let loose with more money in your pocket and freedom to do jobs on your own.
