Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Maintenance Specialist based in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, repairing and servicing various machinery, and ensuring the proper functioning of systems and facilities of Hotel equipment.
Duties and Qualifications Include
Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
Respond to maintenance service requests of our guests, handling and correcting repairs with professionalism
Strong Troubleshooting abilities for identifying and resolving mechanical or technical issues
Experience with tools, machinery, and relevant maintenance techniques, including experience with Accuelock/Onity Door Locks
Diagnose and Repair any Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, and Carpentry problems
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
Prior experience in a maintenance technician or specialist role is preferred but not required
