Full‑Time Cleaner Helper/Laborer Needed – Post‑Construction (Cincinnati, OH)
Capital Construction & Renovation (CCR) is hiring a full‑time Cleaner/Helper to support our renovation crews across apartment units in Cincinnati. This role is perfect for someone dependable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in active renovation environments.
Job Responsibilities
Trash removal from units and hallways
Sweeping and mopping floors
Vacuuming carpets and common areas
General cleaning of newly renovated units
Assisting laborers with light tasks during turnovers
Helping with disposal to the dumpster
Supporting renovation crews with basic laborer tasks as needed
Schedule & Pay
Full‑time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8‑hour shift)
$12–$13 per hour, depending on experience
