Services
• Small home repairs, drywall patches, caulking, door/lock adjustments
• Furniture assembly, mounting (with appropriate wall type), shelving
• Seasonal tasks, filter changes, minor maintenance checklists
• Light exterior tasks (weather permitting)
(No major electrical, no gas work, no roofing, no structural changes.)
How it works (for everyone’s comfort & safety)
• Appointment-only. Requests for “right now” calls will be case by case.
• Consent & rules in writing before arrival (simple agreement).
• No additional guests present during the appointment (adults 18+ only).
• No photos/video by either party without written permission.
• I reserve the right to end service for any boundary violations.
Pricing
• $100 service call / first hour
• $75 each additional hour (rounded to 30 minutes)
• Materials billed at cost + 20% (or receipt)
• Same-week availability may include a priority fee
