Included in the Deluxe Accessory Set are the Meat Grinder Complete Package which includes the Food and Meat Grinder, three Sausage Stuffer Tubes, Food Strainer, Grater, Cookie Press, Meat Grinding Disks, Blender and Citrus Juicer.
Meat Grinder. Grind meat, fish, potatoes, vegetables and a variety of other foods with the food and meat grinder. This is a very high quality, robust grinder that can process a lot of food quickly. The accessory 6mm disk is good for sausage making and the accessory 2.5mm disk is for mincing. For best results, grind meat when it is chilled to just above freezing temperature; this makes a big difference in both grinding ease and the consistency of the finished product.
The strainer attaches to the meat grinder accessory to strain a variety of fruits, berries & vegetables. The holes in the strainer are 1.4mm.
The blender attachment for the Ankarsrum mixer has a virtually unbreakable pitcher with a five cup capacity. It locks securely into place and lets you make an endless variety of sauces, smoothies, protein drinks, soups, chopped nuts, nut butters, baby foods and more! A tamper is included.
The citrus juicer attachment for the Ankarsrum mixer makes fresh citrus juices quickly and easily.
Make four different shapes of fancy shortbread cookies with the cookie press. The cookie press fits onto the Ankarsrum meat grinder attachment.
The grater and nut grinder fits onto the meat grinder attachment and quickly grates nuts, potatoes and hard cheeses. Holes in the grater are 2mm. Food chunks are fed through the meat grinder and pass into the drum, then grated from the inside out. Drum diameter is 2".
The tip diameters of the three included sausage stuffer tubes measure 10, 20 and 25mm, while the included meat grinder disks have 2.5mm, 4.5mm, 6mm and 8mm holes.
