Our steers are born and raised on our family farm and we take great pride in raising them right!
We don’t use any growth hormones, they eat all the grass they want and get some grain for better marbling in the steaks. You choose what cuts you want and how you want it packaged. I work with a couple of inspected butcher shops that do a great job. I have many happy customers and would be delighted to provide references upon request.
