Hi, this stuff was not used for a grow but was setup and tested to be ready for one. The digilux bulb is new but the other bulbs were used with my old ballast and hood and I was planning on doing my veg with them and then using the digilux bulb for the flowering stage but I never got around to it and I am hoping to get some of my money back. The heavy duty light hanging stand is included as well as the duct work. The charcoal filter is unused as well. Everything you see in the photos that has to do growing is included.
