Love-seat sized Sleeper Sofa may be just the generous loveseat you need, a traditionally styled sofa that leans a bit casual. By night, it turns any visit into an overnight escape, easily transforming into a very comfortable sleeper (includes mattress pad). We are moving soon and rarely use this high-quality piece of furniture. Price is OBO; MUST SELL! CASH ONLY! IT'S VERY HEAVY. We are handicapped and unable to help load. We bought this new in 2013 we believe. Has a small tear on the inside of the left arm (easily covered by the small pillows that are included (see pics) Other than a few small spots that need cleaned, it is ready for your family and/or guests to use and enjoy. Its' loveseat size makes it useful in almost any size room and the full-size mattress (52 x 70 x 5 inches) is firm yet comfortable. If you want to come and take it home, bring a vehicle capable of carrying its' weight and two people that don't mind a little extra weight-lifting. It's far from new in calendar years but not used but a few times a year for our family that come in to visit from out of town.
